We want you to love your Hallowed Roots candles!
Due to the nature of candles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items that are defective or damaged during shipping, but please reach out with any other concern about your order!
